New points about investment incentives and support according to Law on Investment in 2020

Abstract

The article clarifies new points about investment incentive and support measures in the 2020 Investment Law such as adding incentive investment industries in accordance with the economic development strategy in the new period; supplementing some special investment support forms. Therefore, the authors propose some recommendations to improve the law and enhance the effectiveness of the provisions in the 2020 Investment Law about investment incentives and support.
