Perfecting the law on crimes of violating regulations on protection of wild animals, endangered, rare animals

Abstract

Crimes of violating regulations on protection of wild animals and endangered, rare animals include crime of violating regulations on protection of wild animals (Article 234 of the Penal Code) and crime of violating regulations on protection of endangered, rare animals (Article 244 of the Penal Code). The article focuses on analyzing inadequacies and shortcomings of regulations on crimes related to the protection of wild animals and endangered, rare animals and then makes recommendations to improve the regulations of the criminal law and documents related to these crimes.
