Suspension the processing of denunciations, criminal information disclosed and requisitions for charges in accordance with the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code (amended and supplemented in 2021)

Abstract

The regulation on suspending the processing of denunciations, criminal information disclosed and requisitions for charges of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code, amended and supplemented in 2021 is a necessary supplement to remove difficulties and obstacles in the practice of dealing with criminal information of competent authorities. However, this regulation still has some shortcomings in terms of bases, subjects, application procedures... need to be further improved in the coming time.
