Collecting evidence as electronic data in the case of fraud to appropriate property of the Economic police force

Abstract

According to the provisions of the criminal procedure law on electronic data collection and the crime of fraud to appropriate property regulated in the Penal Code, the article analyzes some matters on electronic data collection in that criminal case under the function of the Economic Police force. Thereby, the author assesses on limitations and inadequacies of electronic data collection in the crime of fraud to appropriate property of the Economic police force and proposes suggestions.
