Representative of legal person in Croatian laws and lessons for Vietnam

Abstract

One of the most vital matters in criminal proceedings is representative of accused legal person. The article focuses on analyzing and comparing provisions of Vietnamese criminal procedure law and the law of Croatia related to representative of accused legal person. Thereby, the authors propose recommendations to amend provisions of our criminal procedure law regarding these matters.
