Abstract

This article reviews criminal justice regulations in the United States and some nations in Europe, focusing on identifying juveniles, measures to apply and the juvenile court system in these nations. They are all nations and regions with a restorative criminal justice that protects the best interests of juveniles and favors educational rather than punitive remedies. Thereby, Vietnam may learn some experiences for perfecting the law on juvenile criminal justice in the coming time.
