Perfecting the institution of public prosecution of the People’s Procuracy to protect human rights and civil rights in Socialist rule-of-law State of Vietnam

Abstract

The article analyzes the theoretical and practical basis of the institution of public prosecution of the People’s Procuracy, thereby gives recommendations to improve the regulations on that institution of the People’s Procuracy for better human rights and civil rights protection in building Socialist rule-of-law State of Vietnam.
