Perfecting regulations of the Civil Procedure Code on litigation of lawyer at first-instance civil trial

Abstract

Litigation at first-instance trial is an important procedure to ensure litigant’s legitimate rights and interests in civil case. The paper assesses provisions of the 2015 Civil Procedure Code on litigation of lawyer at first-instance civil trial, thereby gives out some recommendations to complete civil procedure law to improve the efficiency of lawyer’s litigation at first-instance civil trial.
