Abstract

The article clarifies current legal provisions on the role of the People’s Procuracy in protecting human rights and civil rights in administrative proceedings, assesses some limitations and then proposes solutions to enhance the role of the People’s Procuracy in protecting human rights and civil rights through the prosecution in handling administrative cases.
