Recommendations to improve the policy on the age of organ and tissue donation in the Law project on Donation, removal, and transplantation of human tissues and organs and donation and recovery of cadavers (amended)

Abstract

The policy on the age of organ and tissue donation is an important and urgent one in the Impact Assessment Report of the Law on Donation, Removal and Transplantation of Human Tissues and Organs and Donation and Recovery of Cadavers (Amended). From the practice of policies on the age of organ and tissue donation, the article focuses on evaluating the impact of a number of solutions on policies on the age of organ and tissue donation, from there, proposing amendments and supplements to regulations on age of donation in the current Law to suit reality, creating a legal basis for individuals to exercise the right of organ and tissue donation.
