New research orientations of Vietnamese criminal law in the coming period (Part 2 and end)

Abstract

Based on the analysis and evaluation of scientific works recently published by many reputable domestic and foreign researchers, the author proposes new research orientations of Vietnamese criminal law, contributing to the completion of criminal policy, meeting the requirements of continuing to build and perfect the Vietnamese socialist rule- of-law state in the new period.
