Proving activities of the Investigation agency in the case of intentional injury from the perspective of current law

Abstract

Proving activities in the investigation of criminal cases in general and intentional injury cases in particular play a very important role in contributing to the correct resolution of the case. During the investigation phase, the Investigation Agency is the subject with the main burden of proof. At this stage, the Investigation Agency needs to conduct investigative measures to collect, examine and evaluate evidence to serve the purpose of proving the case of intentional injury. Proposing proposals to improve the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code on evidence in investigating cases of intentional injury is important in the current period.
