THE SOLUTIONS TO STRENGTHEN LEGAL EDUCATION AND IMPROVE LAW AWARENESS FOR STUDENTS OF TAY BAC UNIVERSITY

Abstract

Legal education and raising legal consciousness for young generations, pupils and students is one of the important tasks in the national education system in countries around the world, including Vietnam. The article focuses on researching and understanding the position, role and function of legal consciousness, the researching current state of legal consciousness and legal education, raising the legal consciousness for students of Tay Bac University. The article uses research methods such as analysis, synthesis, investigation, data collection and processing. Thereby, the research summarizing and evaluating the achieved results, pointing out the shortcomings and limitations in the education of legal consciousness for students of Tay Bac University. At the same time, the research suggested some solutions to further improve the effectiveness of legal consciousness education for Tay Bac University students in the coming time. In addition, the research also contributing to improving the knowledge and capacity of legal consciousness of the children, building and developing the Tay Bac homeland to become richer and more civilized.
