BUILDING GRASSROOTS PARTY ORGANIZATIONS IN HA GIANG PROVINCIAL PARTY COMMITTEE (2010 - 2020): POLICIES AND RESULTS

Abstract

The grassroots party organization has a particularly important position and role in the Party's organizational system, and is the place to directly disseminate the Party's policies, guidelines, resolutions, and directives among the masses. This article studies and clarifies the policies of the Party and Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee in order to assess the current situation and propose some experiences under the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee in building grassroots party organizations in the locality. The author uses a combination of historical and logical methods, combined with analytical and comparative methods to approach and clarify the content and research issues. The research results show that the process of leading the building of grassroots party organizations in the province is always close to the Party's policies and guidelines, thereby disseminating the Party's policies through resolutions, programs and projects to improve the quality of building grassroots party organizations in communes, wards and towns to meet the requirements in the new situation.
