THE PROCESS OF NGUYEN AI QUOC’S PREPARATION OF CADRES FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY OF VIETNAM - VALUE FOR THE WORK OF BUILDING CADRES TODAY

Abstract

The Communist Party of Vietnam was born on February 3, 1930 as a result of comrade Nguyen Ai Quoc’s preparation in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres. Along with the process of spreading Marxism-Leninism, comrade Nguyen Ai Quoc - Ho Chi Minh actively prepared cadres to establish the Party. By using historical and logical methods, combined with analysis and synthesis methods, the article highlights the process of comrade Nguyen Ai Quoc preparing cadres for the birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam in 1930. The research results affirm the great role of comrade Nguyen Ai Quoc in preparing cadres for the birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam, directly forming a team of loyal cadres and party members with characteristics of sacrifice, hardship, solidarity, and close unity. The process of preparing cadres for the birth of the Party contributed to the victory of the Vietnamese revolution. At the same time, the article has drawn values ​​for the work of building cadres today.
