Abstract

This study evaluated the management of physical facilities, equipment, and the application of information technology for learning outcomes assessment at high schools in the former My Xuyen district area (now part of Can Tho city), according to the requirements of the 2018 General Education Program. Based on survey data from 60 administrators and teachers across four schools, the study used descriptive statistics and independent samples T-tests for analysis. The results show that the overall management was rated as “Good” (with an overall mean score of 2.98/4). A key strength was the focus on information technology application (rated “Very Good” with a mean score of 3.53); however, conditions regarding physical facilities and equipment still had significant limitations, notably the lack of specialized multiple-choice test scoring machines. No statistically significant difference was found in the evaluation between the two respondent groups. The study's findings provide a practical basis for proposing suitable management solutions, contributing to meeting the demands of educational innovation.
