NEW RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND THE TEACHING OF LOCAL EDUCATION IN HIGH SCHOOLS IN THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE
Abstract
The research aims to clarify the necessity of integrating the topic of new rural development into the upper secondary local education curriculum in Thai Nguyen province and to propose orientations for effective teaching implementation. The research employs methods such as document collection and analysis; field surveys using questionnaires administered to teachers and students; and statistical processing of the survey results. The findings indicate that most teachers and students lack sufficient materials and practical knowledge related to the new rural development program in Thai Nguyen province. The paper also highlights the key values of the new rural development process in Thai Nguyen, along with the essential factors required to incorporate this content into the local education curriculum. The research provides scientific and practical foundations to assist upper secondary schools, teachers, and educational administrators in developing teaching content that reflects the realities of the local context.
