Abstract

Learning is the duty, responsibility and rights of each cadre, party member and civil servant to improve the level of political theory, professional knowledge and ability to practice. Over the years, the Party committees and authorities of Thuan Chau district have always paid much attention to the study of political theories and the improvement of the moral virtues, which are identified as important tasks in building the Party, fostering human resources in localities and units in order to maintain political stability, develop economy, culture, society and national defense and security to meet the requirements of the time, the industrialization, modernization and international integration.
