Abstract

The 8th plenum of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam has determined “The fundamental and comprehensive reform of education and training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization in socialist-oriented market economy and international integration”, simultaneously “the education process is strongly transformed from learners equipped with knowledge into comprehensive development of learners' capabilities and qualities” [1]. In today's industry 4.0 era, students' capacity development is a more urgent issue. The capacity of students needing to develop includes general abilities and specialized competencies. In specialized competencies, the capacity to use chemical language is a particularly important role, deciding the quality of chemistry teaching in schools. Station-based teaching is an active teaching technique in which students are performed and participated in solving learning tasks at stations. Using station-based teaching techniques contribute to the development of students' abilities, especially the ability to use chemical language. However, the station-based teaching approach has not been applied much. In order to improve the quality of chemistry teaching at schools, we choose the topic of “Use station-based teaching approach to develop the ability to use chemical language for students in teaching of chapter 3 - the chemistry program of grade 12” to study.
