EXPERIENCE IN BUILDING THE TRAING PROGRAM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SOCIAL NEEDS IN THE PERIOD OF INDUSTRIAL NETWORK 4.0

Abstract

Currently, many developing countries are facing major challenges of a shortage of highly qualified workers to meet the demand for human resources for the industrial revolution 4.0. The question is not only about Vietnamese education but also in the world how to train labor force to meet development needs in the new context. The problem of training quality of the professions at educational institutions always receives the attention of the society. The training program is considered the backbone, the core determines the training quality of each school. Over the past years, the Faculty of Economic Information System has developed a training program based on practical surveys, the actual needs of organizations. At the same time, the Faculty of Economic Information System has invited experts, managers and businesses to participate in the consulting process, developing training programs. Based on the reality and promotion of the strengths of ICTU University, combined with the reference of the experience of other universities, the Faculty of Economic Information System has developed a training program for faculties with its own characteristics; and flexibly adjust the training program more and more perfect.
