PARTY’S POLICY ON BUILDING THE PARTY IN 1945-1946

Abstract

The leadership role of the Party has a very important meaning, is a leading factor to ensure the advancement of the Vietnamese revolution. During the leadership of the Party, the Party constantly focused on building the Party on a par with the ruling Party to wholeheartedly serve the country and servr the people. The Party's policy on building the Party in 1945-1946 has shown the Party's independent political, creative autonomy in extremely special circumstances, the Party declared to disband itself. Those policies have brought many valuable experiences in the construction of the Party today.
