FACTORS AFFECTING THE SATISFACTION LEVEL OF FIRST-YEAR MEDICAL STUDENTS ON TRAINING ACTIVITIES AT THAI BINH UNIVERSITY OF MEDICINE AND PHARMACY
Abstract
Objectives: Survey the factors affecting the satisfaction level of the first year medical students on training activities at Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy. Method: Cross-section description using a questionnaire of 396 first-year medical students in 3-4/2019. Results: Students are satisfied with 2 factors, 11 criteria proposed by the model; There are 7 groups of factors that affect students’ satisfaction: teaching plan (Beta = 0.297), Facilities (Beta = 0.235), Lecturers’ attitude (Beta = 0.221), Training program (Beta = 0.204), Movement activities (Beta = 0.195), Lecturers’ qualifications (Beta = 0.190 ), service work (Beta = 0,170). Conclusion: The model that the research has found is appropriate and reliable in surveying students’ satisfaction on educational activities of the university.
