RESULTS AND DIAGNOSTIC DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT OF SYMPTOMS RELATED TO UNEMPLOYMENT INFECTION 21,13,18 IN THE THAI NGUYEN NATIONAL HOSPITAL

Abstract

Screening and prenatal diagnosis (CTS) is the use of screening and testing techniques for pregnant women to identify the birth defects of the fetus that have become routine in many countries around the world. The study was conducted with the goal of determining the rate of fetuses suspected of having chromosomal abnormalities 21,13,18. Using a retrospective study combined with a prospective study, a cross sectional description we evaluated the results of screening and prenatal diagnosis of 356 pregnant mothers who came for pregnancy check-up and monitoring from week 11. By week 14 at Thai Nguyen Central Hospital between January 2019 and October 2019, the results of the proportion of pregnant women at high risk of having at least 1 of the 3 syndromes: three chromosomes 21, three chromosome 18, three chromosome 13 is 10.1%; the proportion of unborn babies diagnosed with abnormalities of chromosomes 21, 18, 13 by Fish technique from a sample amniotic fluid is 12%; in which 100% have an abnormal number of chromsome21,there is no case of an abnormal chromosome 13.18.
