THE MODEL OF ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY INDUSTRIAL CLUSTERS FOR HANOI CAPITAL REGION

Abstract

Hanoi capital is a city with many scattered industrial clusters. Stemming from a long tradition of production and business, there have been many shortcomings related to environmental pollution. Besides the industrial clusters which have been planned for a few decades in the suburbs, in fact there are still many industrial clusters located in inner districts. Therefore, solving the micro-scale environmental problems in each enterprise and the macro-level in the industrial cluster is always a painful problem today. Based on theories of industrial clusters, cyclic value chains... under the perspective of planning and formulating technology policies, the author proposes a solution to building the model of Environmental Friendly Industrial Cluster - EFIC for Hanoi capital region.
