CHANGES FROM THE NEW RURAL CONSTRUCTION IN YEN SON DISTRICT (TUYEN QUANG PROVINCE)

Abstract

Viet Nam is an agricultural country with the majority of people living in rural areas, so building new countryside is a right and creative policy of the Communist Party of Viet Nam. This article aims to clearly indicate the change in the rural face and life of Yen Son district people since the implementation of Resolution 26-NQ/TW, dated August 5, 2008 of the Party Central Committee (Course X) “Regarding agriculture, farmers and rural areas” has created an important driving force for the cause of industrialization and modernization to improve the people’s material and spiritual life. With the method of analyzing, synthesizing and comparing research, the article assesses the changes in the process of building new countryside in Yen Son district. The article affirms that agriculture and rural areas in Yen Son district develop in the direction of increasing productivity, quality and efficiency; Rural socio-economic infrastructure has been strengthened, contributing to promoting production development and gradually changing the face of rural areas.
