FINANCIAL RISK RESEARCH AT TRAPHACO JOINT STOCK COMPANY
Abstract
The process of risk management in general and financial risk management in particular includes the basic contents such as: risk identification, risk measurement, risk assessment and risk financing. The purpose of financial risk management is to ensure sufficient capital which is available to meet current and future financial obligations. This article studies the content of financial risk identification as the first step in the financial risk management process, in which focus on research and application of the FR model (Bathory, 1984) and using a system of suitable research indicators to identify financial risks in the period 2017 - 2020 of Traphaco Joint Stock Company (Traphaco), thereby recommending measures to prevent and limit financial risks, contributing to the implementation of production to 2025, the National Pharmaceutical Industry Development Strategy to 2020 and a vision to 2030 for Traphaco.
