APPLYING HO CHI MINH’S THOUGHT TO BUILD WORKING STYLE FOR OFFICIALS AND LECTURERS AT TNU - UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION

Abstract

It is very important to organize studying and following Ho Chi Minh's working style. University of Education - Thai Nguyen University regularly organizes the campaign to follow Ho Chi Minh's moral example. The campaign is the basis for each official and lecturer at the University of Education - Thai Nguyen University to have the proper awareness of the requirement to preserve, cultivate and practice the revolutionary morality and to promote the spirit of solidarity, discipline, and democracy in the collective; the author used the method of listing, analyzing Ho Chi Minh's style and style. Using the synthesis method to clarify the process of applying Ho Chi Minh style of each school official and lecturer. Applying Ho Chi Minh's style and working style is a chance training officials and lecturers to have a sense of cultivating political and ideological qualities; seriously overcome shortcomings in working style, lifestyle, and habits... to train personality.
