DEVELOPMENT OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHERS FOLLOWING ACCESS TO CAPACITY
Abstract
The article presents the development of foreign language teachers as the development of human resources in the basic contents of the planning for the development of foreign language teachers according to the competency approach; organize the recruitment of foreign language teachers according to competency approach; Training and fostering foreign language teachers; Evaluation of work performance of foreign language teachers; Create an environment and motivation for foreign language teachers to develop. The article uses research approaches on theoretical approach to human resource development, theoretical approach to team management in an organization, and approaches to management functions with team development management functions. The research contributes to enriching theories about foreign language teaching staff and developing foreign language teaching staff. From there, summarizing experiences for practical research and proposing solutions to develop foreign language teachers according to human resource approach, capacity approach will overcome limitations and improve quality number of foreign language teachers.
