SOLUTIONS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF THE PARTY CELLS’ ACTIVITIES IN THE PARTY COMMITTEE OF ACADEMY OF FINANCE IN CURRENT PERIOD

Abstract

Over the past time, the Party Committee of the Academy of Finance has focused on leading and directing Party cells to strictly implement the Party's instructions on improving the quality of the party cells' activities. However, in the context of socio-economic and political changes and constant progress, improving the quality of activities of the Party cells at the Academy of Finance’s Party Committee must ensure the promotion of leadership capacity and combat fighting of the "political nuclei" at the grassroots; turning the activities of the Party cells into practical political activities, namely, a direct channel for managing and educating Party members, contributing to the successful implementation of the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels. Through the methods of statistics, synthesis and analysis, this paper aims to evaluate, research and propose some solutions to improve the quality of the Party cells’ activities at the Party Committee of the Academy of Finance in the current period. The findings of the study indicate that the rate of party members attending the cells' activities at the Party Committee of the Academy of Finance was not 100%; the activities were not interesting with little innovation... On that basis, this article proposed solutions focusing on the specific characteristics of the Party committee which is a non-business unit with various training forms and the large number of party members who are students. Improving the quality of activities of the Party cells at the Academy of Finance in the coming time, contributing to building and developing a clean and strong Party Committee has important theoretical and practical significance in the Party building work at grassroots level.
