HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT AT VIETNAM BANK FOR INDUSTRY AND TRADE – THAI NGUYEN BRANCH – SITUATION AND SOLUTIONS
Abstract
Human resources are a valuable resource that determines the success or failure of an organization in the future. In the period of 2020 - 2022, human resource management at Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade - Thai Nguyen Branch (Vietinbank Thai Nguyen) has been paid attention and invested in development with many measures including: human resource planning, human resources recruitment, human resource training and development, human resource treatment, human resource assessment. The study was carried out with the empirical research method of quantitative statistics (Descriptive statistics method, comparative method...) and secondary data sources collected from Vietinbank Thai Nguyen. On the basis of analysis and evaluation, the research results show that the human resource management of the bank, although it has been paid attention and invested, has revealed many limitations and inadequacies that have not met the development requirements. From there, the authors propose some solutions to strengthen human resource management at Vietinbank Thai Nguyen in the coming period.
