ADJUSTING THE GRAPHIC DESIGN TRAINING PROGRAM SUITABLE FOR DEAF STUDENTS

Abstract

In recent years, there have been many programs and projects aimed at training Graphic Design for deaf people. The effectiveness of this direction has been proven to create job opportunities for many deaf students and improve their position in society and the community. This also proves the ability of deaf people to continue earning when majoring in art in general and majoring in Graphic Design in particular. National College for Education developed 3 Graphic Design training courses for deaf students based on adjusting the Graphic Design training program for hearing and speaking students. This choice of training subjects has a very high humanitarian significance for students who may not be excellent but have the potential to learn the profession of Graphic Design and make significant contributions to society. The work of researching, developing programs and organizing vocational training in graphic design for deaf students has very high scientific and humanistic significance. In the article, using the survey and comparison method, the author will focus on the issue of adjusting the training program for deaf students at the National College of Education and the current situation of implementing the training program. Research results show that graphic design training for deaf students is feasible and the receptive ability of deaf people when studying careers in the field of Graphic Design is appropriate. After adjustment, the Curriculum has developed a vocational education system for deaf students to meet the learning needs and improve lifelong career skills of workers.
