ELEMENTS CONSTITUTING THE DESTINATION IMAGE OF BA BE LAKE, BAC KAN PROVINCE
Abstract
Tourist destination imaging is one of the most important strategic tools for building and enhancing competitiveness. Three tanks are an ecologically attractive and well-known destination in the Northeast region. The article aims to construct a research model that evaluates the elements that make up tourist destinations in the Three Tanks, thereby assessing the importance of these factors. Therefore, the study adopted qualitative and quantitative methods. In this, the in-depth interview methodology was carried out in order to construct the projected research model. At the same time, questionnaire surveys help collect primary data and data processed using SPSS 23.0 software. The data analysis has obtained results on the different levels of importance of the elements that make up the Tri-tank destination image, the most important of which is natural gravity, the least important is infrastructure and technical facilities. The results of this study are the basis for local solutions to enhance the destination image for tourists.
