RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF HARD WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS AND SCALE RECOVERY USING HIGH-FREQUENCY WAVES, APPLICATION IN INDUSTRIAL COOLING SYSTEMS USING OPEN CIRCULATION WATER
Abstract
The article studies the technology of treating scale, moss, and algae in open circulating industrial cooling systems using high-frequency waves, which is environmentally friendly, improves the efficiency of the heat exchange system, and saves electricity. The article uses a comprehensive and systematic research method, closely combining theoretical research with analysis of experimental results. The content of the article includes research on the theoretical basis of the formation, destruction and recovery of scale in open circulating water cooling systems using ultra-short pulse electrolysis method with 3 electrodes. The author group has calculated the design of electrodes, short-circuit control circuits using AC current with a frequency of 15 KHz - 5 MHz, voltage of 12 V - 48 V, and successfully designed a system for processing hard water, removing scale with high-frequency waves, applied in open-loop industrial water cooling systems.
