TUYEN QUANG PROVINCIAL PARTY COMMITTEE LED THE DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM HUMAN RESOURCES FROM 2010 TO 2023

Abstract

The Party Committee of Tuyen Quang province, based on the Vietnamese Communist Party's guidelines and local characteristics, has proposed policies to develop tourism into an important economic sector of the province. To achieve that goal, one of the solutions paid attention by the Party Committee of the province is the development of tourism human resources. The research paper uses mainly historical and logical methods to clarify the policies and directions of the Party Committee of Tuyen Quang province on the development of tourism human resources from 2010 to 2023. The research results show that in more than 10 years (2010 - 2023), the Party Committee of Tuyen Quang province had proposed appropriate policies and directions for the development of tourism human resources. Thanks to that, the province's tourism human resources had gradually increased in quantity and improved in quality, contributing to meeting the needs and promoting the development of tourism development in Tuyen Quang province.
