THE POSITION AND ROLE OF QUANG NINH PROVINCE IN THE DYNAMIC ECONOMIC GROWTH POLE (HANOI – HAI PHONG – QUANG NINH)

Abstract

Quang Ninh is an industrial and tourist province located in the Northeast of Vietnam. With its geographical advantages and natural conditions, Quang Ninh plays a crucial role in the country's socio-economic development, national defense, and security. This study was conducted to specifically analyze the position and role of Quang Ninh within the dynamic growth pole of Hanoi – Hai Phong – Quang Ninh, as well as to identify key tasks that need to be implemented in the coming period. The article mainly used historical and logical methods to clarify the research problem. Research results show that, in the process of promoting economic development, regional linkages and international integration, Quang Ninh has been identified as a dynamic economic growth pole of the country (Hanoi – Hai Phong – Quang Ninh). The findings provide a scientific foundation for Quang Ninh to develop strategies and solutions that enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of its socio-economic development.
