SCADA SYSTEM AND APPLICATION IN INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT

Abstract

Nowaday, development and application of SCADA system is a necessary demand for socio-economic development. They are applied in almost fields from industry, agriculture, transportation, healthcare, schools... In this article, by collecting data on wastewater treatment criterias, analyzing system model and technology requirements; based on the criteria and quanlity of the control-monitoring system; with some results of applied SCADA system research, the author presents the process of designing, building SCADA system in industrial wastewater treatment in Vietnam. The application of SCADA system in these production facilities greatly contributes to increasing labor productivity, reducing direct labor, liberating human labor in some hard-working and toxic positions, reducing costs and productions costs.
