ANCIENT VIETNAMESE LITERATURE IN SHOWING THE IDENTIFYING TALENT MEN WITHOUT TRADITIONAL EXAMINATIONS

Abstract

Ancient Vietnamese literature has a contribution on providing readers with knowledge of identifying and finding men of talent. Studying this subject will bring out new scientific findings, making great advancements both in researching cultural history and in modern way of searching and furnishing gifted individuals. Through analyzing and comparing ancient Vietnamese literature works and those of China, this research can find out literature contributions on discovering and developing various men of talent in society. talents were found from green mountains, blue waters, pagodas, rural areas, personality qualities, special living situations; or with compassion, deep friendship, and responsibility to the nation and nation. From this research, we can more or less see the beautiful country scene and the brilliant poetry of the ancients. As a result, different new ways of exploring Vietnamese literature in special and Eastern literature in general can be established.
