COMPLETING DIRECT LABOR RECRUITMENT AT PHU BINH GARMENT BRANCH 2 - TNG INVESTMENT AND TRADING JOINT STOCK COMPANY

Abstract

This study evaluates the labor recruitment situation at Phu Binh  Garment Branch 2 - TNG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company. The study applied analysis, synthesis and comparison method based on yearly labor recruitment data at Phu Binh 2 Garment Branch from August 2020 to August 2022. Research results show that Phu Binh 2 Garment Branch’s recruitment process was clear and specific. The labor recruitment process was carried out in both internal recruitment and external recruitment chanels. The annual number of new employees increased by 246 people, meanwhile, the number of retired employees was 285 people. Besides, the number of labors usually fluctuated, fleading to a waste of resources. Based on these findings, the article provides some recommendations to improve the efficiency of the labor recruitment at Phu Binh Garment Branch 2 - TNG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company in the future.
