DEVELOPING AN INTELLECTUAL TEAM TO MEET DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION REQUIREMENTS IN VIETNAM TODAY
Abstract
In the context of the fourth industrial revolution, digital transformation is an inevitable requirement. Because digital transformation is based on science, technology and innovation, high-quality human resource, whose core force is the intellectual team, plays an important role. The purpose of the article is to research the development of a team of intellectuals meeting the requirements of digital transformation in order to maximize the strength of this team for rapid and sustainable national development. By synthesizing, analyzing, and processing data, this article clarifies the characteristics of the Vietnamese intellectual team that meets the requirements of digital transformation, and the Party's viewpoint on digital transformation as a planning basis of guidelines and policies for developing intellectuals. From these, this article proposes a number of solutions to develop the Vietnamese intellectual team today. The most important solution is the leadership of the Party and State in building a strategy to develop the intellectual team in the context of digital transformation. The direct decisive solution is to further promote the pioneering role, responsibility, and dedication of the intellectual team in implementing the national digital transformation strategy.
