SONG LO DISTRICT DEVELOPED GENERAL EDUCATION (2009 - 2020): POLICY, DIRECTIONS AND SOME OUTCOMES

Abstract

The article uses document research and practical research methods to clarify policies, directions and results in developing general education in Song Lo district, Vinh Phuc province. Research results show that during years 2009 - 2020, even though it's newly established, the Party Committee of Song Lo district had many correct and appropriate policies and directions to develop education. The process of Song Lo District Party Committee leading the development of general education accomplished many important achievements such as completing and expanding the scale of schools and classrooms, construction of national standard schools, improving the quality of teachers, and improving the quality of comprehensive education. Song Lo district has become one of the districts with quite good educational quality in Vinh Phuc province. Summarizing the educational development leadership experience of the past stages is the basis for building policies and directing educational development in Song Lo district in the next period.
