Nghiên cứu này điều tra những khó khăn gặp phải bởi sinh viên chuyên ngành Ngôn ngữ Trung Quốc năm ba trong khi tham gia học phần Nghe - Nói ở cấp độ đại học. Áp dụng phương pháp tiếp cận hỗn hợp, nhóm tác giả đã thu thập dữ liệu định lượng của 114 sinh viên bằng bảng câu hỏi thang đo Likert 5 mức độ và dữ liệu định tính từ các cuộc phỏng vấn bán cấu trúc với 10 sinh viên. Các kết quả chỉ ra rằng sinh viên phải đối mặt với các trở ngại trên bốn khía cạnh chính: chương trình giảng dạy/giáo trình, phương pháp giảng dạy, năng lực tự học trên nền tảng E-learning, và rào cản tâm lý trong giao tiếp. Sinh viên cũng đề xuất các giải pháp khác nhau, bao gồm chủ động tìm kiếm tài liệu học trực tuyến, tham gia các khóa học E-learning bổ sung, tham gia học nhóm, và giao tiếp trực tiếp với giảng viên. Những phát hiện này làm nổi bật nhu cầu về các phương pháp giảng dạy đổi mới nhằm tăng cường hiệu quả của việc tiếp thu kỹ năng Nghe - Nói và đồng thời khuyến khích sinh viên thúc đẩy việc tự học có định hướng trong suốt quá trình. Nghiên cứu đóng góp một cơ sở tham khảo cho các giảng viên và cung cấp hướng dẫn cho các nghiên cứu trong tương lai.Lượt tải
