Relations to be resolved for cultural development - A perspectives from the 1943 Cultural Outline

Abstract

The 1943 Cultural Outline of our Party has theoretical value in guiding the process of building a new culture in Vietnam. The Outline has demonstrated a very high level of philosophical thinking when it presents the relationships that need to be resolved in cultural development such as the relationship between economics and politics, between inheriting traditional cultural values ​​and absorbing the quintessence of human culture, between building and opposing. These are also the issues that Vietnamese culture is currently having to solve. Studying these contents in the 1943 Cultural Outline shows both the Party's theoretical thinking on culture and the development of the Party's awareness of this issue.
