V.I.Lenin's views on the national right to equality and self-determination belongs only to the people - the value and significance of the times

Abstract

V.I. Lenin's viewpoint on the right to equality and self-determination of nations belonging only to the people was applied and creatively developed by President Ho Chi Minh and our Party to ensure the dialectical relationship between national rights and ethnic rights and human rights, on the basis of ensuring the interests of the people. Ensuring this relationship has contributed to promoting the guarantee of democratic rights, building and perfecting the socialist rule of law state and the Party's leadership and governance methods.
