Abstract
John Locke was a person who had a great influence on Western political and social life during the Enlightenment and modern times. John Locke's thoughts on politics are expressed in his views on the natural rights of man, the origin of political power, the operation of the state, and the role of law. Based on the analysis of his thoughts on politics, this article provides objective assessments and suggestions for Vietnam.
