The Use of Information Technology in Document Management at the University of Phan Thiet

Abstract

In the current 4.0 era, the use of information technology in managing organizations and institutions is increasingly being developed. In order to digitize the document management process at the University of Phan Thiet, the “Document Management” software is currently under research and development. This software is being designed using Visual Studio 2022 and SQL Server Management Studio 2014 tools, along with the DevExpress interface that supports memory libraries. The “Document Management” software aims to meet basic administrative needs by simplifying and accelerating document storage and management, ensuring accuracy and saving time
