Abstract
This study aimed to determine the factors affecting the satisfaction of in-patients with the quality of medical examination and treatment services covered by public health insurance at Binh Thuan General Hospital. Based on the collected data of 250 patients undergoing inpatient treatment with health insurance and applying an exploratory factor analysis model. Research results show that there are seven factors affecting patient satisfaction with the level of impact in order of strongest to lowest as follows: (1) sympathy; (2) responsiveness; (3) service capacity; (4) concern and care; (5) warranties; (6) trustworthiness; and (7) tangible means.
