Abstract

Research on “Factors Affecting Customer Satisfaction with Vinaphone Mobile Network Service Quality: A Case Study in Tuy Phong District, Binh Thuan Province” aims to discover, identify, and measure factors affecting customer satisfaction with Vinaphone Mobile Network Service Quality in Tuy Phong District, Binh Thuan Province. The authors use quantitative analysis techniques in this article to confirm the composition and value of the scale. The survey results of 240 respondents showed that four out of six analyzed factors have a positive impact on customer satisfaction about the quality of Vinaphone mobile network service in Tuy Phong district, Binh Thuan province, including: (1) customer service, (2) service charges, (3) physical facilities, and (4) call quality.
