Abstract

In the context of strong growth and international integration of Vietnam's e-commerce, the demand for online sales platforms integrating advanced technologies has grown strongly. This article presents a case study on the design, development and implementation of UPT-Shopping - an e-commerce system using Python Django. This study presents a process and efficiency of integrating two main services: the international payment gateway PayPal and the virtual assistant platform Google Dialogflow. The authors analyze technology options, present detailed system architecture through UML diagrams, clarify the configuration and integration process of Google Dialogflow, and discuss the benefits and challenges in building an advanced e-commerce system, aiming at an effective user experience.
