Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing reverse logistics in Vietnam's textile and garment industry, a sector pivotal to the nation's economy. In this research, the quantitative method is mainly applied to analyse their applicability in optimizing reverse logistics performance. It highlights cha lenges such as inadequate infrastructure, high logistics costs, and limited recycling facilities. This research underscores the importance of resource a location, regulatory compliance, and consumer engagement in establishing sustainable reverse logistics systems, offering actionable recommendations to enhance competitiveness in the global market
