EXPERIENCES OF SOME DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL PROVINCES IN GREEN INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT - LESSONS LEARNED FOR NGHE AN PROVINCE

Abstract

The article analyzes the experience of green industry development in Jeollanam-do (Korea), Shandong (China) and Quang Ninh (Vietnam), comparing with the current situation of Nghe An province. Thereby, lessons are drawn on strategic planning, ecological industrial parks, technological innovation, green finance and the coordination role of the government. On this basis, the article proposes a green industry development policy for Nghe An until 2030, with a vision to 2045, towards the goal of sustainable development and international integration.
